General Policy on Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales concluded at IMPRESSA FLOWERS are considered final. We specialize in providing fresh, beautiful arrangements, which are highly sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light once they leave our care.

Claims for Defective or Damaged Product

We are committed to delivering arrangements of the highest quality. If you believe your order arrived in a defective or damaged condition, we offer a replacement or store credit under the following strict conditions:

Timeframe for Claims: All quality-related claims must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the arrangement.

Required Evidence: You must submit a clear, detailed photo of the entire defective arrangement to impressaflowers@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line.

Resolution: Upon verification of the quality issue, IMPRESSA FLOWERS reserves the right to offer one of the following resolutions:

-A prompt replacement arrangement of equal value.

-A store credit for the full purchase price.

Customer Responsibility and Care

Please remember that flowers are natural, perishable products and require proper care to maintain their lifespan. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow the care instructions provided by IMPRESSA FLOWERS. Failure to follow these instructions (e.g., not placing them in water promptly, exposure to extreme heat/cold) will void the eligibility for a replacement or credit.

Our Substitution Policy

We always strive to use the exact flowers and containers shown in the product pictures on our website. However, due to the seasonal and perishable nature of fresh flowers, and variations in global supply, the exact bloom may occasionally be unavailable.

IMPRESSA FLOWERS reserves the right to substitute flowers and/or containers with an item of equal or greater monetary value while maintaining the overall aesthetic, style, and color scheme of the selected piece. This ensures your arrangement is delivered fresh and on time.
