Your Questions, answered

  • To ensure your arrangement receives the artistry and attention it deserves, we ask for orders to be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

However, we know that love doesn't always follow a schedule. If you find yourself in a pinch, please contact us directly. While our boutique schedule fills up quickly, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever our stems and studio time allow.

  • To keep your wrapped bouquet vibrant, follow these steps as soon as it arrives:

    1. The Fresh Cut: Trim about 1 inch off each stem at a 45-degree angle. This prevents the stems from sitting flat against the bottom of the vase and maximizes water intake.

    2. Clean Water: Place them in a clean vase filled with room-temperature water and the provided flower food.

    3. Remove Foliage: Ensure no leaves are submerged in the water, as this creates bacteria that shortens the life of the blooms.

    4. Maintenance: Change the water completely and re-trim the stems every 2 days.

  • Since these flowers are already artfully arranged in a container or floral foam, they require a "top-off" approach:

    1. Check Water Levels: Check the water level daily. Arrangements in foam can dry out quickly, and vased designs often "drink" a lot in the first 24 hours.

    2. The Pour: Carefully add fresh water to the back of the container or into the vase without splashing the flower heads (moisture on petals can cause spotting).

    3. Cool Environment: Since you can't easily trim these stems, keeping them in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and drafts is even more critical for their longevity.

    4. Deadheading: As individual flowers begin to fade, gently pull them out. This prevents mold from spreading to the healthy blooms.

  • We always strive to match the photo's style and color palette. However, because we work with fresh, seasonal "botanical gems," substitutions may occur if a specific bloom is unavailable. We promise that any substitution will be of equal or greater value and maintain the integrity of the design.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually from one hour to one business day.

  • Our drivers are trained to assess the situation for safety. If there is a shaded, secure spot, we will leave the arrangement and notify the recipient via text or a door tag. If it's too hot or unsafe, we will contact you or the recipient to schedule a redelivery.

  • We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Because flowers are perishable, we cannot offer refunds once the arrangement has been designed or out for delivery. If you are unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo so we can make it right.
