SECTION 1 - FRESHNESS & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

As flowers are a natural, perishable product, availability is subject to seasonal changes and market supply.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute stems of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time. We will always maintain the overall "look and feel," color palette, and style of the arrangement chosen.

Natural Variations: Flowers are unique living organisms; slight variations in color, size, and bloom stage are expected and are not considered grounds for a refund.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY POLICY (STRICT "IN-PERSON" REQUIREMENT)

To maintain the integrity of our floral designs and ensure the security of your purchase, Impressa Flowers does not leave arrangements unattended.

Hand-to-Hand Delivery: All deliveries must be accepted in person by the recipient or an authorized representative (such as a building concierge, receptionist, or co-resident).

No Unattended Drops: Our couriers are strictly prohibited from leaving flowers on porches, doorsteps, or in hallways. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will not leave the product.

Recipient Contact: A valid local phone number for the recipient is required for all orders. We may contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure they are available to receive the order.

SECTION 3 - FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & REDELIVERY

In the event that no one is present to receive the flowers:

Return to Studio: The arrangement will be returned to our climate-controlled facility to preserve freshness.

Redelivery Fees: A secondary delivery fee will be charged to the sender for each additional delivery attempt.

Pickup Option: The sender or recipient may choose to pick up the flowers from our studio location during standard business hours at no additional charge.

SECTION 4 - ONLINE STORE & GENERAL CONDITIONS

Age of Majority: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership: All content included on this website—including but not limited to floral designs, photography, website copy, arrangement descriptions, pricing language, graphics, and logos—is the exclusive property of Impressa Flowers and Impressa LLC. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, download, scrape, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from us.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
